PDX/Vancouver, WA !

Couple weeks back I had to once again make another trip back to Portland, OR a.k.a "City of Roses" for a quick meeting in Vancouver, WA.  But this time it was a very quick trip, the shortest trip I've made anywhere if may say.  I was only there for a few hours and then headed back to Idaho to continue the daily obligations. The trip got off to a not so pleasant start, I was supposed to fly out at 5:30 am and after connections I was scheduled to arrive into Portland around 10:30 or so, and to my surprise I just happened to miss the morning flight and to top that I lost my ID at the airport after checking in at the ticketing counter, all those events turned things off the rest of the trip and that's why of the small amount of content you will see below.

After getting picked up we drove across the bridge to beautiful Vancouver, WA.

There's a lot of things a like about Portland, but the one that stands out the most and ranks high on the list, is the industrial looks throughout the city and the culture, both combined give the city a whole different look and feel like no other city in the country.

And in matter of hours it was back to waiting at the gate, although this time the waiting was a lot longer and gates were changed several times, all that at the same airport, which made the trip seem a lot longer than it really was.

Welcome the Unite Late Express gate !

Sky looked beautiful flying at 35k feet, staring at the endless sky and clouds made me think and be grateful for being blessed to be a part of such a great industry and the people around me. The feeling of getting up every morning and do for a living what I enjoy and I'm passionate about, is priceless.

Huntington Pacific

Huntington Beach Pier is a regular stop for The Prestige Family to visit when gathering inspiration and networking with cousins of the trade. This Memorial Day weekend was an adventure filled with evolution, inspiration, and Prestigious memories.

Starting the day off right at the Huntington Beach local Shops and beach front. The strength of vibrations were second to none on the Golden Coast. While enjoying the sun filled board walk, we managed to check out some new local trends to bring back to Idaho. (Below) is a look at a typical Saturday morning on the mouth of the HB Pier.

A look in the opposite direction in the Pic (Below) is a look down the pier street view. Inspired by the palms and white sandy beaches, our visionary master mind of Prestige was in his element while capturing this sneak peak before embarking on the hot wooden planks.

As always, the artwork on the street in HB are always astonishing with the captivity of California beauty. (Below) is a collage of 365 California coast sunsets. This is an amazing piece that will continue to instill clarity in the vision of the individuality that is expressed through our stores in Idaho.

Never too old to get an education. Below are two street scholars debating the views on evolution and synergy of human beings. Lets just say..... This Ambitious Fiery Superman was educated in a new light on this day.

A look back from the end of HB Pier. Easy living, as we witnessed the locals fishing, surfing, and enjoying the "California Dream."

Paddle, Paddle, Paddle, You little Gromits.

Chasing Mavericks I see! Well kind of.  Here is a look at some young pilots taking aim at their next drop. Sick thing is everyone was sharing the love on the waves. An inclusive world is a healthy world. Much Love.

He don't practice Santeria, He ain't got no crystal ball, Well he had a million dollars but he........ This guy was extremely talented while covering one of Sublimes all time greats. Him and his little Alien Homie kept it funky out on the pier that day. Its all about the hustle in the Golden State.

Brah, should we show them our tricks, then hustle em up for some cash? Hey it sounded good at the time. These street performers were solid. They were true masters of their craft. The ability to get extremely dangerous in an entertaining way is not easy. Well worth the 20 minute show.

BJ's was a great start to a great evening down on HB. Great people, great entertainment, and who can forget hurricanes up top.

Some Marley Artwork walking up to Freds. Someone caught Bobby doing the unusual weird things that he does.

I Need Kicks !

Couple weeks ago we had the homie James a.k.a "I Need Kicks" stop by the new store in Boise to check things out and shows us some love. It's always good to see him and catch up on the newest and latest in regards of sneakers. Just in case you don't know, James is known in the Boise area and on a few of the social media networks for the crazy sneaker game he holds, he's constantly moving in and out of new soles, like is the end of world, he's the go to guy when sneakers is the subject, you can catch James on either Twitter or Instagram. He's built a huge base of followers by helping other fellow sneaker heads find soles at reasonable prices or fair trades and not taking advantage and rapping people on the prices like other people do. Now with over 12k followers on each one of the social media, Mr. I Need Kicks has taken #teambelowretail to a whole different level, setting him apart from the rest, so, if you're on the market for some new kicks be sure to hit up the homie James here

Cruised around beautiful downtown Boise and made couple stops on the way.

Since we're on the road and visiting people, we had to stop by Six Soldiers flagship store and check things out on their big day. It's always fun and rewarding to run into people that have the same drive and motivation as you do, it reminds us that one day we were on the same stage, putting all the effort and energy we possessed into the dream we believe on so much hoping the dream would blossom into a reality. I've met couple of Six Soldiers, very humble, energetic and humble individuals they are I must say, best of wishes on your new project.
